I have been working paralell structures that push and pull with my gestures/strokes. The grids I have opened the opportunity to expand upon that in multiples, and find out more about why and how. With only five days left in the first month of 2007 I have settled in to focus on my 3 solo exhibitions later this year, two in New York City and one in California. For my show in Laguna Beach I am creating a refined extension of my series of black works with white marks and gestures.
